As the mercury (and humidity) slowly starts to rise, and the summer months begin to creep in, you might be looking for some vacation inspiration. And if beachside escapes are your thing, this recently released report on the best beaches in the world might be exactly what you're looking for.
Although Saudi Arabian beaches are absent from the list, this is likely to change as the Kingdom continues to experience a surge in both domestic and international tourism. As expected, remote and exotic destinations like Thailand, the Cayman Islands, Madagascar, and French Polynesia dominate the rankings. However, several European locations with direct flights from Saudi Arabia also feature among the top 50, offering travellers a mix of accessibility and allure.
The World'sBestBeaches.com released their listing of the fifty best beaches on the planet recently, and according to the website, the 2025 list is the result of extensive research conducted by judges, "Beach Ambassadors", and the World's 50 Beaches team, who have explored shorelines across the globe to curate the ultimate ranking.
