This week, at the Future of Hospitality Summit in Riyadh, Marriott International have confirmed the arrival of St. Regis Jeddah, set to open in 2030.

The highly anticipated property will bring St. Regis’ signature elegance, bespoke service, and modern glamour to the coastal city, reinforcing Jeddah’s position as a key destination for business and leisure travellers.

With growing international interest and significant increases in both domestic tourism and international tourism, Saudi Arabia’s luxury hospitality sector has responded accordingly with continued growth and new property announcements. As global luxury hospitality scene further acknowledges the opportunities within the Kingdom, a number of recognised and respected brands have committed to opening properties in Saudi Arabia.

Synonymous with providing guests with world-class amenities coupled with prime locations, a commitment to excellence and fine-dining options, it is expected that the St. Regis Jeddah is poised to become a landmark destination in Saudi Arabia’s evolving luxury landscape. As the Kingdom continues to attract high-end travellers, this addition reinforces Jeddah’s reputation as a leading hub for refined hospitality.

Guests can expect five distinct dining venues, including a signature restaurant and a pool lounge, alongside an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, and a spa. Additionally, the St. Regis Jeddah will offer over 1,000 square meters of event space, catering to celebrations, corporate gatherings, and exclusive functions.

Beyond its hotel offerings, The Residences at St. Regis Jeddah will introduce 92 branded residences, ranging from one to five-bedroom units. Residents will have access to luxury amenities, including a private lounge, media room, children’s activity area, meeting spaces, a library, and a swimming pool.
