Crowne Plaza Riyadh Minhal, an IHG Hotel
There are several Crowne Plaza hotels in Riyadh, and this one – three kilometres from King Salman drive and just a 30-minute car journey from King Khalid International Airport – is as solid a choice as any. Take a dip in the pristine rooftop pool, open late into the evening, or tuck into global fusion dishes at the Silk Road restaurant. For something more casual, head to the inviting La Veranda Café in the lobby for a choice of international brews, or settle in to watch live sports on the big screens during major game days.

Al Suwaidi Park
This zone, which was added to the Riyadh Season line-up back in 2022, takes guests on a journey around the world with foods, music, dances and handicrafts from nations including Bangladesh, Egypt, India, the Philippines and Indonesia. Best of all, it’s completely free to explore, offering a brilliant opportunity to experience global traditions right in the heart of Riyadh.
Boudl Al Qasr Hotel
You can't get much closer to Al Suwaidi Park than Boudl Al Qasr. Although not the most luxurious option in town, the three-star hotel is right across the street from the popular Riyadh Season zone, meaning it's just a few minutes' walking distance from the front door to the heart of the action. That means you can quickly stop off for an afternoon nap or dip in the pool between events, or go for a whirl around the neighbouring Al Qasr Mall, with its own VOX Cinemas branch beaming the latest blockbusters, when you're finished exploring for the day.
