Botanica will offer guests an international à la carte menu with a fresh, seasonal dining selection, while signature restaurant, The Vinyl Ember will specialise in gourmet American cuisine with a menu delivering a distinctive dining experience with a menu featuring expertly crafted American cuisine.
For those looking for a more casual option, Ziya Lounge will serve guest a selection of handcrafted coffees and tarts, perfect for a relaxed café moment.
