In September, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Turki Al-Sheikh estimated that Riyadh Season 2023 would draw a crowd of 10 - 12 million visitors over the course of the six month event.

This year's Riyadh Season opened with the Battle of the Baddest, an iconic showdown between Undefeated Heavyweight World Champion of the world, Tyson Fury, and MMA legend Francis Ngannou, infront of a rapturous crowd on October 28.

Although the original visitor estimate was bullish, in light of recent visitor figures, the fourth edition of the annual celebration could well exceed these expectations - sooner rather than later.

It was reported that during the first week of the event, Riyadh Season 2023 saw more than 1 million visitors.

And now, less than five weeks later, it has been confirmed that more than 5 million people have visited the various zones and events of Riyadh Season 2023.

Although these visitors figures are seriously impressive, it really is no surprise and could be deemed expected with the number of incredible zone upgrades, internationally renowned events and the introduction of several new zones for the 2023 season.

This year's celebrations are based around the season theme of 'Big Time', and there is so much happening to ensure this season smashes the theme. From family friendly entertainment and events, the biggest names in sports coming together for several head-to-head bouts, to internationally acclaimed music artists taking to the stage and even a replica of the iconic, fairytale Disney Castle, created for the very first time outside of Disneyland or Disney World.
